What surfaces cannot it be installed or used on?
It is not recommended to install on the following surfaces: concrete walls, dry walls, diatom mud walls, gypsum boards, wallpaper and painting walls.
What should I do if the suction cup lose their grip after a period of use?
If the suction becomes insufficient, you can remove the the clothes drying rack, wash the suction cup with water, and reinstall in after drying. If it goes ineffective at all, we also include strong-adhesive pads to paste on the suction cup for use.
How is the suction power of this clothes drying rack?
It is the latest upgraded powerful suction cups. We added with a slightly sticky epoxy resin coating, which can not only help enhance the suction, but also effectively protect the wall.
Is the suction cup easy to disassemble?
Yes! When disassembling, insert the included card from the edge of the suction cup and slowly twist to separate it at the same time.
